• Order & payment information, we collect your name, email, shipping address and selected pieces to prepare your order. Payment is handled securely by Clover and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic security logs, used to keep the site working and protected.

How we use it

To fulfill and support your orders, to send updates you've asked for, to answer your messages, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we work with

We rely on a small set of trusted services, each only with the data they need: Clover (payments and receipts), and Vercel (hosting the site and basic traffic measurement), and Google Analytics (page views and shopping interactions). Each maintains its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed for the site and checkout to function and to remember your bag and check payment status. Clover may set cookies as part of the checkout it provides. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies to measure visits. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Website measurement

We measure product views, product selections, successful additions to the bag, requests to open checkout, and plays of our jewelry videos. These events do not include names, email addresses, payment details, or search text. We do not treat a checkout request as a completed purchase. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for this website tag.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Keeping it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, to support an order and meet record-keeping requirements, and then we remove it.
